Tuscany gives you villa gardens, rolling countryside and historic towns for an intimate ceremony and portraits. Choose a country stay where the day can unfold in one place, or explore [Florence](https://elopementcollective.com/locations/florence) for gardens and views above the city.

[Spring brings flowers, summer longer days and autumn harvest colour](https://www.visittuscany.com/en/ideas/whats-the-best-time-of-the-year-to-visit-tuscany/). Summer can be hot, so think about shade and the timing of your ceremony; June and September generally offer milder conditions than July and August.
